Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to give you a working product and nothing we don't have a clear reason for. This falls into a few buckets:

• Account information, your name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account.
• Content you upload, the video footage, audio, and voice recordings you add to your library so Beerolls can assemble reels.
• Reels and projects, the scripts, edits, captions, and finished videos you create within the product.
• Usage information, basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the product is used, so we can fix bugs and improve it.
• Billing information, handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

2. Your footage & voice

This is the part creators care about most, so we want to be unambiguous. The footage you upload and any voiceover you record or generate remain yours. Uploading them to Beerolls does not transfer ownership and does not grant us rights beyond what's needed to run the service for you.

What we do with them

We use your footage and voice solely to analyze your library, match clips to your scripts, produce the voiceovers you record or generate, and assemble the finished reels you ask for. That's the entire scope.

Recorded & generated voiceovers

Most voiceovers are simply the recording you make of your own voice, which we store only to render your reels. If you instead choose to generate a voice clone, it is created only with your explicit consent, from recordings you provide of your own voice. You can delete a recording or a voice clone at any time, and doing so removes the associated audio or voice model from our systems.

3. How we use data

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Beerolls product;
• Assemble the reels you request from your own footage and voice;
• Communicate with you about your account, support requests, and important service updates;
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues;
• Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your content to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. AI & model training

We do not train public or shared AI models on your footage, your voice, or your reels. Your content is processed to produce your own outputs and is not pooled with other users' data to improve models that others benefit from.

Where we use third-party AI services to perform specific tasks (for example, transcription or voice synthesis), we work to ensure those providers are contractually prevented from retaining or training on your content beyond the immediate processing required to return your result.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We share your information only in limited, necessary circumstances:

• Service providers who help us operate the product (hosting, storage, payment processing) under strict confidentiality and data-protection terms;
• Legal requirements, where we are required by law, court order, or valid legal process to disclose information;
• Business transfers, in the event of a merger or acquisition, in which case we will notify you and this policy will continue to govern your information.

We never sell your personal information or your content to advertisers or data brokers.

6. Storage & security

Your content is stored on encrypted infrastructure, both in transit and at rest. We restrict internal access to your footage and voice to the minimum number of people required to operate and support the service, and we log access for accountability.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your data and will notify you promptly if a breach affecting your information occurs.

7. Data retention

We keep your content for as long as your account is active so the product works as you expect. When you delete a clip, a voice recording, a voice clone, a reel, or your entire account, we remove the associated content from our active systems and purge it from backups within a reasonable period.

Some limited records (such as billing history) may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the product, or by contacting us.

• Access & portability, download your footage and reels at any time;
• Deletion, delete individual items, your voice recordings or voice clone, or your whole account;
• Correction, update your account information from your settings.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand product usage in aggregate. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Changes & contact

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of Beerolls after an update means you accept the revised policy.
