Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Beerolls (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using Beerolls on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account, including keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Beerolls. Tell us promptly at support@beerolls.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. The service

Beerolls helps you turn your own footage and voice into finished short-form videos by scripting, voicing, matching clips, and captioning automatically. The voiceover is the one you record yourself, or one you generate in your own voice. The Service is currently offered in open beta, which means features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality as we improve the product.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Your content & rights

You own your content. The footage, audio, scripts, and finished reels you create with Beerolls belong to you. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your content to us.

You must have the rights to what you upload

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to the footage, audio, music, and any other material you upload, including the rights to any people, brands, or locations that appear in it. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.

Your finished reels

Reels you assemble are yours to download, post, and monetize. We don't claim a stake in the videos you make.

5. License you grant us

To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you, for example, analyzing your library, matching clips, producing the voiceovers you record or generate, and rendering reels.

This license exists only so the product can function. It does not allow us to sell your content, use it to train shared AI models, or display it publicly, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Beerolls to create or distribute content that:

• Infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• Impersonates another person or uses their voice or likeness without permission;
• Is unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or designed to mislead;
• Contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service;
• Violates any applicable law or the terms of the platforms you post to.

We may suspend or remove content and accounts that violate these rules.

7. Voice & likeness

Voiceovers in Beerolls are normally a recording of your own voice. If you generate a voice clone instead, we hold it to a clear standard: you may only clone a voice you have the right to use, typically your own, or one you have explicit, documented permission to use. Creating a clone of someone else's voice without their consent is prohibited and may be illegal.

You're responsible for the voices and likenesses present in the content you upload, the recordings you make, and the reels you produce, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of this feature.

8. Plans & billing

Beerolls offers a free plan and paid plans (Creator and Studio). Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, are non-refundable except where required by law, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account; changes take effect according to your billing cycle as described at checkout.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Early-beta pricing, where offered, will be honored as described at the time you subscribed.

9. Termination

You can stop using Beerolls and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. If we terminate your account without cause, you'll be able to export your content first where reasonably possible.

On termination, the licenses you granted us end and we'll delete your content in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that outputs will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beerolls will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Beerolls after an update means you accept the revised terms.
